Once you receive your feedback, you may choose to continue practicing with a coach or send in another pre-recorded pitch for review.

    Here’s a good outline for a strong elevator pitch if you are starting to interview:

    • Greeting and state your name

    • Organization and title (if applicable) and your field of expertise

    • Up to 3 previous experiences that help explain your background (depending on time)

    This is ideal for job seekers that are beginning their search or recently started taking phone screens for a new role. You’ll schedule 3 one-hour video conferencing sessions with your coach to discuss:

    • Negotiation philosophy, why it matters, and aligning our approach together

    • Mechanics of the interview process, recognizing tricks when interacting with recruiters, and how to avoid jeopardizing a strong negotiating position

    • Role-play with a coach to simulate phone screen and verbal offer conversations - you’ll receive real-time feedback, tips, and adjustments during the final session
